In the auxiliary sealing device of the suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, the emergency sealing disk is fixed on the pump rotor assembly, the emergency sealing ring is placed on the sealing flange, and cooperates with the emergency sealing disk to isolate the sealing pump body. The positioning slider is movable and placed inside the sealing flange, and cooperates with the emergency sealing disk to push the emergency sealing disk to move and seal with the emergency sealing ring. The positioning rod is placed on the sealing flange and cooperates with the positioning slider to push the positioning slider to move. When the mechanical seal of the suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump equipped with this device needs to be repaired or replaced, the auxiliary sealing device is used to isolate and seal the chemicals inside the tank or similar container from the outside, and then carry out subsequent maintenance operations. This technical solution can solve the problem of chemical medium leakage during pump shutdown or maintenance of pump equipment.

The suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump further comprises an auxiliary sealing device and a mechanical sealing device. The mechanical sealing device and the auxiliary sealing device are cooperatively arranged in the upper coupling body. The mechanical sealing device is connected to the sealing tank and is connected to the container for loading the medium through a mechanical sealing reflux valve; The auxiliary sealing device comprises a sealing component; The sealing component is matched with the pump rotor component on the pump and moves axially with the pump rotor component to achieve sealing; The sealing component comprises: a sealing flange, which is placed on the upper part of the pump outlet; An emergency sealing disk, which is fixed on the pump rotor assembly and moves up and down with the pump rotor assembly; The emergency sealing disk is cylindrical in shape as a whole, with its upper and lower surfaces being inclined from the middle to the edge, resulting in a trapezoidal cross-section of the emergency sealing disk. The inclined surface located at the upper part of the emergency sealing disk serves as the sealing surface, while the inclined surface located at the lower part serves as the sliding surface, corresponding to the inclined surface of the positioning slider, facilitating subsequent sealing operations; An emergency sealing ring, which is placed on the sealing flange and cooperates with the emergency sealing disk to isolate and seal the pump chamber; The emergency sealing ring is matched with the sealing surface on the emergency sealing disk, and a sealing slope is set on it. The sealing slope is matched with the sealing surface on the emergency sealing disk, and its inclination angle is the same; Four positioning sliders, which are movable and placed inside the sealing flange, can move radially along the sealing flange to cooperate with the emergency sealing disk, and push the emergency sealing disk to move and seal with the emergency sealing ring; Four positioning rods, which are placed on the sealing flange and cooperate with the positioning slider to push the positioning slider to move.
